Upcoming Missionary Event

A professional associate of mine is volunteering for a missionary event to South Africa. This is an area that like some of our southern states that has been hit hard by acts of nature and other devestating factors. Because of the economic state of many of these countries each dollar you donate has a tremendous effect. They are also taking donations in many other forms (please see below). This is an opportunity to have a positive effect in & on the lives of another human being. Do all that you can and as much as you can.

Place: Malawi, South Africa
Dates: September 1st–15th,2006

This is an emergency response initiative that assists with the recovery of valuable populations affected by the adverse weather conditions, HIV/AIDS pandemic, and the economic decline by ensuring adequate availability and access to food through the distribution of 4,523 metric tons of food in the Ntcheu District. The main objective is to address the effects of the immediate food gap created amongst vulnerable families by this year’s problematic harvest.

We are reaching out and accepting donations of canned goods, toiletries, clothing, books, underwear, shoes, medical supplies (Band AIDs, rubbing alcohol, ointments etc…) checks and money orders. I do not intend to wait for the government or my actual arrival in Malawi, South Africa to issue supplies that are needed now. The people of Malawi are thankful and grateful for everything sent to their villages. I would appreciate any and all assistance with this mission.

Very Exciting News!!!!!

Hello All,
It's been a good long while since my last post. I've been running to and fro as the saying goes. Changing webhosting companies and overhauling websites but I would like to take this time to pass along to you some very exciting and useful information.

We have the opportunity to connect with a tremendous Lady. She is an awesome force, full of love and kindness. That's an understatement too. This is an awesome Lady and although she is very busy as we all are, she has taken on the added responsibility of managing a blog. She is deeply involved and commited to family & ministry but always finds the time to help others.
