Just took a break for the onslaught of my "TO DO LIST". This list seems to automatically grow.
Well I received an email from my spouse that had some help info. I only did a small amount of research on the info but haven't tried it for myself.

The next time you need to call 411 directory assistance for a number try simply dialing: 1-800-FREE-411 or 1-800-373-3411. You should be able to obtain the assistance you need without incurring a charge (except for the minutes required to make the call on your cell phone). This will work on your home phone because it's an 8oo number.

It seems that you must listen to some advertising while waiting on the operator to assist you. How bad can that be? You often listen to music(sometimes noise) while waiting for a company's Customer Service Rep to assist you. Some say they don't always hear an ad.

You won't be losing your shirt anymore that's for sure.
