Fragile and Fleeting

Life is very fragile and fleeting. We rest in false hopes and dreams of always having friends and family here with us. But in an instant those that we hold dear have slipped away from this world. When life as we experience here is gone it is gone.

Every life is connected is some way to another. We touch people in ways that we may never know. Oftentimes, just a kind word or gesture shown to a stranger can change their entire day.

Change your routine...Call, write, email or visit someone you know. Extend a hand of hope and love...Just to let them know they are loved...Needed... And important. This can also be done for that stranger you pass everyday.

Just a Small Touch

There are a few people in this life that touch and move one to dream dreams and inspire one to act upon those dreams.

Are you are one of those people?

You can touch someone's life in a positive way. Giving them just the right nudge that it encourages or cause them to tap into their unknown potential.

Sometimes others only need to know that someone ...Somewhere...Believes in them.

What Season Is It?

Although the official (calendar) change of the season occurred some time ago, it is apparent that the natural changing of the season is just kicking in (this of course is always dependent upon your physical location).

I would like to urge everyone to be sensitive to your spiritual atmosphere. You must know when one season is ending and when the new one is coming in. You will always have a time of preparation but you will not be able to take advantage of it if you aren't aware of it.

As for me I can see the changing of the physical season but I've been preparing for my spiritual change of season. I must say it is exciting! I started preparing some time ago and I'm so amazed at being able to travel such an unfamiliar path but be full of confidence and peace. It is as if I know the landscape and there are no surprises ahead.

If you haven't started your preparations, please find the time to quiet yourself in the presence of the Holy Spirit. This way you may be able to do some type of preparations.

Small but Tremendous

Hello everyone,

I just thought I'd take a moment of your time to help you bless someone. There are many tragedies in this life and there are many situations that we must face. If you use a small moment of your time to pray for someone else it could have a tremendous effect on their life. It doesn't matter how long your prayer is. Just ask the Lord to help them in whatever area they need help in and to guide them down His chosen path for their life.

You know you can pray for a family member, a friend, or even the stranger that stood next to you at the checkout counter. Maybe you saw someone today that appeared to be having a ruff day (the driver that cut you off or the person that snapped at you)...that person would be an ideal candidate for prayer.

Just make it a genuine request and you'll be a blessing to them. So what if they don't know that you've prayed for them. What's more important, your pat on the back or helping their life? Do it in secret without having to be recognized and the Father will reward you openly. The Father's rewards are always greater than what we expect.

"That thy alms maybe in secret and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly" (Mathew 6:4)
